By using this website, making a purchase, creating an account, submitting an intake form, or using any Botanically Clear content or service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Please do not use the website or make a purchase if you do not agree with these Terms.
About Botanically Clear
Botanically Clear is a skincare education and product business located in Missouri, United States.
Throughout these Terms, “Botanically Clear,” “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to Botanically Clear and its owner. “You” refers to anyone who visits the website, submits information, creates an account, or purchases or uses a Botanically Clear product, consultation, or digital resource.
Who May Make a Purchase
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase through Botanically Clear.
If you are younger than 18, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase for you and supervise your use of the website, products, and resources.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with the order.
Educational Information
The information shared through the Botanically Clear website, blog, emails, social media pages, ingredient dictionary, eBooks, consultations, and other resources is provided for educational purposes.
This information is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition.
Information about skincare, food, supplements, daily habits, and other lifestyle choices cannot account for every person’s health history, allergies, sensitivities, medications, skin condition, or individual circumstances.
You are responsible for deciding whether the information, products, and suggestions shared through Botanically Clear are appropriate for you.
No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Skincare Consultations
Botanically Clear consultations provide personalized skincare education based on the information you submit through your intake form.
You agree to provide complete and accurate information about your skin concerns, current products, known allergies, ingredient sensitivities, what you have already tried, and any other details requested.
Your consultation will be prepared using the information you provide. Botanically Clear is not responsible for guidance affected by information that was incomplete, inaccurate, or not disclosed.
As part of your consultation, I may recommend keeping, removing, or changing products that are already in your routine.
If I believe you may benefit from adding a new product, I will only recommend a Botanically Clear product because those are the formulas I have personally created and know well. I will only recommend one of my products when I truly believe it may benefit your skin.
I do not recommend that you purchase new products from outside brands because I have not personally tested those products and cannot honestly speak to how they perform.
A product recommendation does not guarantee that the product will agree with your skin or provide a specific result. Every person’s skin can respond differently.
Please contact me before purchasing a consultation if you have a known allergy or sensitivity to plant oils, butters, or other natural ingredients. I will review the information and let you know whether I am able to provide the consultation.
If you purchase a consultation without sharing a known allergy or sensitivity that prevents me from completing your plan, the consultation fee cannot be refunded.
Your consultation and personalized guide are prepared for your personal use. They may not be copied, shared, published, resold, or used to advise another person.
Consultation purchases are governed by the Botanically Clear Return Policy. Information about consultation delivery is provided on the consultation page and in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Skincare Products
Botanically Clear skincare products are intended for personal use and should be used only as directed.
Please review the complete ingredient list and directions before purchasing or using a product. Patch test each new product before applying it to a larger area, and stop using it if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs.
Every person’s skin can respond differently. Botanically Clear cannot guarantee that a product will agree with your skin or provide the results you hoped for.
Botanically Clear products are made in small batches and do not contain added fragrance. Slight differences in color, texture, or the natural smell of the ingredients may occur from one batch to another. These differences do not automatically mean that the product is damaged or defective.
You are responsible for storing and using each product according to the instructions provided on the label or product page.
Botanically Clear products may not be resold without my written permission.
Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
By placing an order, you authorize Botanically Clear and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the full purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, email, and contact information.
Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee that an order has been accepted or can be fulfilled. I may cancel or limit an order because of:
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Product unavailability
• An incomplete or incorrect shipping address
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• A quantity that appears to be intended for unauthorized resale
• A violation of these Terms
If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the canceled product or service will be refunded.
Prices, products, consultation packages, and other offerings may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for unless the original price was caused by a clear website or checkout error.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax may be added during checkout based on the purchase, delivery location, and current tax requirements.
You are responsible for any tax, duty, or other charge that applies to your purchase and is not collected during checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
Physical skincare orders are processed and shipped according to the Botanically Clear Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Processing and delivery dates are estimates. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, an incorrect address, or other circumstances outside my control.
You are responsible for checking your shipping address before placing an order. Please contact me as soon as possible if you notice an error. I cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has begun processing or has been shipped.
Please contact me within seven days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Lost, delayed, damaged, and incorrectly delivered packages will be handled according to the Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return Policy.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
All purchases are subject to the Botanically Clear Return Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
The Return Policy explains the terms that apply to:

Digital Products

Digital product purchases are governed by the Botanically Clear Return Policy.
You are responsible for providing a working email address and using a device or program capable of opening the file provided. Please contact me if you do not receive your download link or the file does not open properly.
Voluntary Contributions
Payments made through the page provided to support Botanically Clear are voluntary contributions used to help with the costs of maintaining the website and creating educational content.
A contribution is not the purchase of a skincare product, consultation, digital resource, advertising placement, partnership, or other service unless that is clearly stated at the time of payment.
Contributions are generally final. Please contact me if you were charged more than once, entered the wrong amount, or believe a payment was made without your permission.
Website Accounts
Some website or store features may allow you to create an account and view your order history.
You are responsible for keeping your login information private and for activity that occurs through your account.
Please contact me promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without your permission.
You agree to provide accurate information and update it when necessary.
